The Sharp XV-Z15000 is based on DLP technology and utilises a 6 segment, 6-speed colour wheel for flicker-free images. It can display full HD images and delivers high quality 16:9 widescreen movie viewing in picture sizes ranging from 40 to 500 inches.

It also has a dynamic contrast ratio of 30,000:1 and has a maximum brightness of 1600 ANSI lumens.

Users can manually adjust the projected image with an image shift function and correct trapezoidal, spherical and cylindrical image distortions with the keystone correction. To correct the picture projection angle V-keystone correction is automatically activated with the press of the button.
